We started LoadTest Cold Brew 8 with a simple belief: coffee shouldn't be rushed. Inspired by the elegant, leisurely mornings of Parisian boutiques, we set out to create a warm community space where locals could slow down and savor the craft of exceptional coffee.

Our signature cold brew is steeped patiently for eighteen hours, coaxing out deep chocolate notes without the bitterness. We partner with local Minnesota roasters to source outstanding beans, pairing every cup with buttery pastries laminated by hand and baked fresh in our kitchen every morning.
